The IMPACT FESTIVAL was founded in 2021, and its first on-site event attracted 2,100 attendees. But the IMPACT FESTIVAL is more than just a two-day flagship event.
We are committed to creating impact all year around and having initiated various events to drive collaboration and foster knowledge transfer over the past years. By constantly evolving our offerings and services, we remain committed to providing a platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration for sustainable innovation. With everything we do, we follow our purpose to empower people to drive the sustainable transformation of our economy.

Meet the Team
We are a passionate and diverse team dedicated to our vision: empowering people to drive sustainable transformation.
Our team comes from a wide range of backgrounds, each bringing unique skills and perspectives to the table.
We believe that diversity is key to innovation, and this belief is reflected in our team. We have a female co-lead, team members from different countries and based in different locations and are an intergenerational team. And what would our office be without our three dogs Odie, Emily and Nero? They bring joy and motivation to our workday and remind us to take breaks.
Together, we work hard to make the IMPACT FESTIVAL a memorable event each year – with passion, creativity, and a lot of fun.
