The event takes place at the Fredenhagenhalle in Offenbach.
Opening hours on September 13 will be from 9 am to 11 pm, on September 14 from 9 am to 6pm


The IMPACT FESTIVAL is a hybrid event. Participants can take part on-site as well as online through the event platform talque.


Corresponding to our zero carbon and less waste food concept you can find different vegan caterers
on site. Every meal will be served in reusable containers.

There are no parking facilities on site. Please use the free shuttle bus to “Autokino Gravenbruch.” The car park is open from 8am to 7pm. Parking tickets can be purchased in the shop.

By train: As an IMPACT FESTIVAL ticket-holder you can purchase reduced train tickets through DB. If you are interested please follow this link. On top we offer a free bus shuttle to Fredenhagen departing at the train station Offenbach Kaiserlei.

By car: If you’d like to travel to the festival by car, you will be able to find parking spaces at the DRIVE IN Autokino Frankfurt Gravenbruch (Außenliegend Autokino, 63263 Neu-Isenburg). Please make sure to buy a parking ticket in our online shop in advance. From there a free shuttle bus will take you directly to the event location Fredenhagen.

By shuttle bus: On the days of the event, two shuttle bus lines will run from Offenbach Kaiserlei Westseite and parking lot Gravenbruch directly to Fredenhagen. The use is free of charge for participants.

Every ticket-holder can use the event platform talque. You will be able to create your own agenda, participate in matchmaking, schedule 1:1 meetings with other attendees (online or offline), get an overview of the participating start-ups, use the interactive floorplan and follow the event’s livestream.

Prior to the event you will receive an email with the access data for the online platform. There you can simply log in and create your profile.

There is the possibility to network offline as well as online. The created participant profile shows the top contacts with whom you should definitely exchange information. Of course, it is possible to exchange information with any other participant (provided they agree). On-site, the lounges can be used for an exchange, online the functions of chat and video calls are available. The event offers numerous opportunities to network with each other! The platform will be available a few days before the event so that visitors can already get a first impression. After the event, the platform will be available for another 3 months with all its contents.

You will be able to book your seats through our event platform prior to and during the event. Please understand that seats are limited – first come, first serve.

In order to allow all interested people to attend the event, there are online tickets that can be purchased in our ticket store. There is a live stream of the main stage, a media library where all contributions from the main and side stages can be accessed on-demand on the day of the event, and the possibility to meet the exhibitors and other participants online. The networking character of the event is thus also transferred to the online area. So you can easily become part of the event without being personally present.

All lectures at the event will be recorded and made available on the platform after the event (on the same day of the event), where they will remain available for another 3 months. In addition, we will upload them on YouTube.
