The IMPACT FESTIVAL was a personal highlight in 2022 - the perfect opportunity to position yourself in front of potential partners, investors and other multipliers.
The IMPACT FESTIVAL stands for collaboration & inspiration, and I am glad that we as a social startup were able to make so many exciting contacts on site.
The IMPACT FESTIVAL was a complete success for our young start-up and offered us many opportunities to present ourselves and connect with other start-ups from various impact sectors.
Besides our own pitch, our highlight was the intensive exchange with investors, VCs and speakers such as Beth Thoren from Patagonia.

- We review your application.
- If selected, we send you an invitation via E-mail with all the information about the festival.
- If you accept the invitation, we will send you the DocuSign contract.
- After signing the contract, YOU ARE IN.
- We will then send you the briefings and all relevant information, so you can prepare for the festival.
- You can participate in our Q&A sessions or contact us if you have any questions during the process.
Our selection process consists of five criteria:
- ANNUAL REVENUE: Your company makes less than 100 Million € in annual revenue
- IMPACT DRIVEN: You address at least one of the SDGs, pillars of the EU Green Deal & have clear impact driven KPI’s
- INNOVATIVE BUSINESS MODEL: You demonstrate the potential to be disruptive and rethink current ways of doing things
- PROOF OF CONCEPT: You are able to showcase a real product or experience
- SCALABILITY & VIABILITY: You demonstrate the potential to be replicated, scaled and have a clear route towards profitability
- Our prices depend on the package you choose (S, M, L or XL).
- We have standard prices for each package but we also have special offers depending on the company’s stage of growth.
- You will receive full details of our packages after submitting your application.
Our on-site packages start at 1.150€. This guarantees you:

- Yes, we have special discounts for Start-ups in early stage. You will receive all the details about our special offers after submitting your application.
- Additionally, if your Start-up is less than two years old, you are welcome to contact us and we will make you a special offer.
- We conduct three selection rounds starting on February 8.
- 1st selection round: February 8 – March 31
- 2nd selection round: March 31 – May 15
- 3rd selection round: May 15 – July 31
- Please note that 90% of our exhibitors are selected in rounds 1 & 2, so apply early to ensure your participation.
