IMPACT FESTIVAL SELECTION CRITERIA

IMPACT DRIVEN

Address at least one of the SDGs or the pillars of the EU Green Deal or pursue clear and transparent goals that go beyond catchy marketing slogans.

SCALABILITY & VIABILITY

Demonstrate the potential to be replicated, scaled and have a clear route towards profitability.

SUSTAINABLE INNOVATION

Demonstrate the potential to be disruptive, rethink current ways of doing things, and drive awareness on a new path.

PROOF OF CONCEPT

Be able to showcase a real product or service backed by robust data, and a track record of consistent alignment with its mission.

Anything unclear?

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I apply for the pitch, the exhibition and the program formats all together?

Yes, you can apply to have a booth, to do a pitch and to do a workshop or similar all together. The application form is the same; you must not fill in several separately.

How much does it cost to exhibit or pitch at the IMPACT FESTIVAL?

Our prices depend on the package and services you choose. If you only want to pitch at the IMPACT FESTIVAL, it costs 450€. Other stage presence, such as workshops, panel discussions, or similar, can only be booked as an addition to an exhibition stand. On-site exhibition packages start at 1.550€. Special start-up fees may apply and will be determined in the application process.

Is there support for young start-ups?

There are special programs to help the younger and smaller projects to pay for a booth. However, each program has a limited number of spots, so we encourage you to apply early.

What is the application deadline?

Early Bird: 05.02. – 28.02.
Main Selection: 01.06. – 21.08.
Last Minute: 22.08. – 15.09.

However, we act after the principle first come, first served, especially for the very limited pitch places. Please note that Last Minute applications have a 20% extra fee.

With regard to the exhibition, do you have any recommendations?

We encourage you to display what your company is doing by bringing a product prototype or an on-site demonstration. Due to environmental reasons, we kindly request exhibitors not to bring any flyers or “throw-away-goodies” and to focus solely on showcasing your solutions and the team behind it.

The aim is to enable innovative solutions to be scaled up and implemented. Thereby, we focus on 6 innovation areas. These were derived from the EU Green Deal and the Sustainable Development Goals.
