OPENING HOURS

The event takes place at Forum, Messe Frankfurt. Opening hours on October 20 will be from 9am to 7pm, on October 31 from 9am to 6pm.

HYBRID EVENT

The IMPACT FESTIVAL is a hybrid event. Participants can take part on-site as well as online through the event platform talque.

CATERING

Corresponding to our aim to reduce carbon footprint and produce less waste you can find different vegan catering options on site. Every meal will be served with dishes and cutlery.

Travelling from Frankfurt Central Station

Frankfurt Central Station is only a few hundred metres away from Messe Frankfurt. The underground station there provides fast direct access with underground trains (U-Bahn). In addition, you can switch to a tram once you arrive at the Central Station. If you prefer to walk, this should take around 10 minutes.

By underground train (U-Bahn / Station: Festhalle / Messe)

With the underground line 4 (in the direction of Bockenheimer Warte), it is one stop until Festhalle/Messe. From here it is a short walk to the entrance next to the congress centre.

By tram (Station: Festhalle / Messe)

You can reach the tram stop via the main exit of Frankfurt Central Station by crossing the station forecourt. Next, you should take the 16 tram line (in the direction of Ginnheim) or 17 (in the direction of Rebstockbad) three stations until the Festhalle/Messe stop. From here it is a short walk to the entrance next to the congress centre.

On foot

This is a 10-minute walk from Düsseldorfer Strasse via Platz der Republik and Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage. The pyramidal top of the Messeturm tower will help you to find your bearings. From here it is a short walk to the entrance next to the congress centre.

By bicylce

You can also reach Messe Frankfurt very easily by bicycle. As cycling is not permitted on the exhibition grounds during event times, we would ask you to park your bicycle at one of the indicated parking areas. These can be found at the entrance (directly in front of the Congress Center.

By car

There is ample parking available (subject to a fee) in a number of public multi-storey car parks a short walk away:

  • P Westend Gate / Marriott Hote / Aparthotel Adagio

Whether you are in a wheelchair or have small children with you, you will find all the information you need for a barrier-free visit to the Frankfurt exhibition grounds here.

How does a hybrid event work?

Every ticket-holder can use the event platform talque. You will be able to create your own agenda, participate in matchmaking, schedule 1:1 meetings with other attendees (online or offline), get an overview of the participating start-ups, use the interactive floorplan and follow the event’s livestream.

Prior to the event you will receive an email with the access data for the online platform. There you can simply log in and create your profile.

There is the possibility to network offline as well as online. The created participant profile shows the top contacts with whom you should definitely exchange information. Of course, it is possible to exchange information with any other participant (provided they agree). On-site, the lounges can be used for an exchange, online the functions of chat and video calls are available. The event offers numerous opportunities to network with each other! The platform will be available a few days before the event so that visitors can already get a first impression. After the event, the platform will be available for another 3 months with all its contents.

You will be able to book your seats through our event platform prior to and during the event. Please understand that seats are limited – first come, first serve.

All lectures at the event will be recorded and made available on the platform after the event (on the same day of the event), where they will remain available for another 3 months. In addition, we will upload them on YouTube.
